  Shout out to Michaela at the drive thru, long line and she handled it with efficiency and contagious friendliness. I requested a donut, they were out. Another one, out. Another one, out. We all were laughing, what else to do? For the love of everything sugar related we were not going to drop dead if a donut was out of stock. We appreciated her, made our night.

  Slowest Dunkin I've ever been too. Off the clock employees were just walking around behind the counter making their own drinks, holding up the line. Not even on-break employees, employees coming in with their friends. Never got greeted. Then when I got up to the counter the woman on the line gave me an attitude and said they had no more meat. Didn't offer me anything different. Didn't make any of the items that didn't require meat. Just gave me my money back. Terrible service.

  Their employees are probably the stupidest people in this town. If Ashland students are working here, they're obviously the future dropouts. Every time I come here I ask for Hot coffee and I get iced. How do you seriously screw that up?! Girl who just took my order literally collected the money and didn't give me my donuts. I don't know why that Is so hard to understand, but of course everyone there has a nasty attitude, and I'm nothing but nice to people. You work in a Dunkin, you're not a rocket scientist. Don't get an attitude with me. Real reflection on this hillbilly infested broke-ass town. I've come in here a couple times and been blatantly ignored by stupid ditzy girls playing on their phones and chatting with each other on the clock too. Took me ten minutes to be noticed and get served. Ridiculous! Where is the management in this joint?! Hire better employees!!

  We just went through the drive through and the girl gave us a bag with our sugar (Splenda) in it... I guess we were supposed to finish preparing our coffees ourselves while we're driving down the road? And with no stirrers??? Then we call to see why this was, as it hadn't happened before (we've been spending $150 a month here just in coffees for the past 4 months) and the person who identified themselves as the assistant manager hung up on us.
  
  That's the last of our money they'll get. We're going to Tim Horton's from now on. The customer service there is heaps better and the donuts aren't stale like DD either.

  I love Dunkin. We arrived @ 9:25 Saturday night and as soon as we went in they were throwing the doughnuts away. They said sorry we are out of doughnuts. Really? They had just thrown the chocolate glazed doughnuts away! They were not closed. They threw away profits and continued to trash the rest of The doughnuts even though there were 35 minutes remaining.
